Responsibilities: essential duties and responsibilities: ? ensure that all pass-off meetings for team are scheduled on calendar each market ? ensure that team reviews all final details of product with pd and the factories prior to placement of product ? work with raw material team to ensure that all raw materials are placed and capacity is reserved prior to placement of orders if necessary due to calendar leadtimes ? ensure that production team works with the sales division to finalize distribution of direct shipments in the sewn system ? ensure that production team works with south china office to ensure that all source orders (sos) are entered into sewn in a timely fashion ? manage confirmation of final negotiation & review of costing to ensure that we are hitting margin targets. ? responsible for ensuring that the team updates our controller with margin updates monthly based on changes to air/sea designation due to business needs ? continue to work with lci and vendors to ensure that all vendor manual requirements are clearly identified and communicated to all parties ? ensure that the production team is correctly updating our business units on current production deliveries by group and that the team advises the vendors of air/sea breakdowns if necessary ? ensure that the production team reviews all pre-production samples with design, pd & ultimately with our vendors ? ensure that the production team reviewed all changes to final product with the sco qc team so they will know what to inspect while they are reviewing product in the factories ? ensure that the production team is able to handle all special projects and short lead time deliveries ? ensure that the outlet production is following the correct process and is on time, hitting margin targets. ? ensure that the outlet production works consistently with the raw material team to encourage outlet design to utilize any excess raw material that may be on hand at our factories ? organize bi-weekly meetings with team to encourage open dialogue, team building and issue resolution in an open forum focusing on helping all team members to grow.

Qualifications: computer equipment and software requirements: ? proficient in windows-based software such as excel and word ? strong proficiency in utilization of database software ? strong ability to manipulate data for efficient analysis

Required Skills: education and experience required: ? minimum 5-7 years experience in a comparable environment ? bachelors degree preferred
