Duties and responsibilities include providing consistent one-on-one communication and service to the Imaging Service team and Production Managers; acting as a liaison between the Imaging Service Representatives and Production Managers in the Quad/Imaging network; organizing materials, data entry, delivery of materials to other areas; and immediate identification, segregation and notification of recognized non-conformances.
