BlackRock Solutions offers risk management, financial advisory, technology and investment accounting services and technology infrastructure and support services internally to BlackRock as well as to a variety of large financial Institutions BlackRock Solutions (BRS) Product Delivery is responsible for implementing Aladdin functionality and services to both new and existing clients. In addition, the Delivery staff partners with Development teams to package the product. Packaging includes: help design, test and document new components essential to the further development of the Aladdin products. By assuming the role of subject matter expert for specific Aladdin processes, the team also provides comprehensive demonstrations and training to the various clients. Role Description: * Focus on designing the user experience for new BRS product concepts, as well as enhancements to current BRS products by applying industry graphical designs * Leverage industry relevant marketing knowledge to be able to apply innovative web methods and approaches to the various internal BRS applications and websites * Function as the primary content owner for the BRS external client site, BRSi. Ensure all relevant content and materials are available, as well as properly maintained for distribution * Execute key BRS marketing tasks in order to support the growth of new client opportunities, through assisting in the creation of tearsheets, pitch books and other marketing materials * Coordinate the integration of new BRS content (e.g. documentation, presentations) to enhance the overall product offering. Ensure all data is well organized and easily accessible

Responsibilities: * Responsibility for integrating critical web site components essential to enhance existing Blackrock Solutions internal workflows, as well as continuing to improve the overall client web experience * Assist in the design of the BRS user experience for new product concepts as well as enhancements to existing modules and platforms * Ownership of the content maintenance of the BRS external client site, BRSi. Focus on managing documents, reports, and other posted information present on the BRSi site * Consult with internal BRS client service staff to identify graphic needs, in order to determine the best visual solution(s) for various software, applications and presentations * Utilize marketing skills and knowledge related to the financial services industry to address BRS client servicing requests, including graphical improvements to the existing BlackRock Solutions product offerings, as well as the development of various client materials and documentation

Skills and Qualifications: Experience: * Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Web Design or related field * 5+ Years of marketing experience within the Financial Services industry preferred * In depth understanding of standard design software programs such as QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and possess a working knowledge of web design and multimedia tools such as Macromedia Director, Dreamweaver, Flash and PowerPoint. * Experience creating scenarios, work or task flows, site maps, and wireframes. * Project Management experience, including understanding of the project development lifecycle Professional Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent customer focused interpersonal skills * Possess long term planning and vision skills * Creative problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively * Ability to work independently and on several assignments simultaneously * Team player that is well organized and has a strong attention to detail
