Job Description WebEx seeks a Collaboration Product Sales Specialist. In this position, you will be facilitating the success of sales teams in selling the Cisco WebEx overall Collaboration Solutions leading with WebEx Connect and positioning all of the related products and technologies with measurable sales objectives. The ideal candidate will be quick to identify opportunities, able to manage people and prioritize opportunities, highly capable as a trusted consultant and mentor to salespeople, and committed to improving the competency of the team. Develop and execute channel partner strategies. Understand market competition, position Cisco WebEx Collaboration solutions to the appropriate market segments. Drive absorption of these solutions by field sales, channel partners and customers. Understand, track and develop sales strategies based on market trends. Work with WebEx and Cisco Account Managers, Systems Engineers, Partners/Channels and Consulting Services to develop selling strategy, proposals, deliver customer presentations and /or demonstrations and close business - Responsible for developing a Business Plan to meet and exceed assigned quota - Deliver detailed competitive insights to Channel/Partners - Understand customer, product, and competitive issues, make recommendations to address and resolve - Participate in Segment and Regional team goal meetings - Understand the customers business drivers and align to WebEx solutions - Will be part of a close knit team responsible for building and driving overall Collaboration sales strategy within Enterprise accounts - Candidates must have extensive knowledge of UC solutions and should be viewed as the specialist for all Collaboration engagements Essential Job Responsibilities - WebEx Collaboration specialist focused on partnering with Enterprise Account Managers to drive strategic architectural technical solutions in new and existing client base - Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key customer contacts throughout the organization at the executive level - Engages internal resources, including Marketing, Alliances/Channels/Partners and the business units to drive sales - Negotiate with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy - Positions end to end solutions and articulates primary vendor strategies to senior customer - Develop solutions that can be directly tied to improving a customers business - Requires strong business acumen in order to develop solutions that can be directly tied to improving a customers business . Skills Required - The candidate will have extensive WebEx and Cisco UC product knowledge - Technical background or certifications are a plus - Able to understand and articulate value proposition at CXO as well as technical decision maker levels - Proven success selling to Fortune 1000/500 accounts - Independent worker. Travel required. Able to work from office and home environments. - Sales and business development experience with leading enterprise customers - Results-oriented, shows strong initiative, and has high energy levels - Customer focused, drive customer sales engagements, drive change, exert influence within and outside the organization, and be team-oriented - Demonstrated success with managing large accounts - including sales strategy, opportunity discovery, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management Education - Requires BS degree or equivalent - Minimum of 5+ years of Solution Sales - Minimum 2+ years of UC experience
