Title:Product Control Process Change Key Responsibilities: Line SMEs working with the process owners are responsible for identifying process improvement initiatives and introducing flexible process models that are executable, entity neutral, and aligned with business strategy. They are accountable for ensuring that these business process initiatives deliver value to the line and the value is measurable. Specifically, they work closely with the project teams (both SPC and IT) and are involved in providing, coordinating and supporting all functional requirements of a program/project. This may include assisting in the development of business cases including identification of quantifiable benefits; providing process map details, business requirements, test scenarios, line resources required for testing and training; as well as communicating the impact of the business process changes to the process owner and throughout the organization. They also continually need to measure the performance of a process and its related systems and be able to re-design and introduce changes that are required to control and improve the process. Line SMEs also participate in establishing the investment portfolio as well as provide a justification and priority for their specific program/project.
