GFS is made up of several product companies including; Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, GDS, Investment Analytics, Trust & Fiduciary, Compliance and Investment Operations Outsourcing across multiple locations within EMEA (UK, Luxembourg, Dublin, Brussels, Germany, Channel Islands, South Africa, Australia & the US (New York, Dallas, Boston & Cincinnati). %%0A %%0A The GFS management team is looking for a Product Analyst - Senior (AVP) to perform the following:%%0A%%0A * Develop the product framework to clearly articulate the longer term 3-5 year strategic objectives %%0A * Work with Product to define activities and priorities for the annual business planning process (ie. budgeting - investment initiative & operational spend)%%0A * Partner with product managers, sales, client service, operations and technology to gather input into business cases%%0A * Achieve full sign off/buy in from across all supporting functions and senior business approval, including a plan for wider communication across the business%%0A * Manage and ensure successful implementation of projects/process - including appropriate escalation, resolution & communication%%0A * Challenge the business around business management issues and opportunities, revenue & cost drivers%%0A * Recommend areas where business can deliver greater effectiveness & improved efficiency%%0A * Develop financial and strategic plans - including business expansion initiatives%%0A * Provide business management - refine and ensure relevant governance meetings and drive full understanding of the business performance (identifying all key issues for senior reporting)%%0A * Deliver monthly consolidated business and project reporting%%0A * Create standardization/best practice monthly reporting cycle, using Balanced Scorecard Methodology%%0A * Prepare senior management and various presentations along with appropriate sales and marketing material required%%0A * At least three years%%27 experience in financial services industry; knowledge of securities/fund management industry a plus%%0A * Strategy/planning/consulting/project management background preferred%%0A * Strong proficiency in business management skills%%0A * Strong proficiency in strategic analysis and proven presentation skills%%0A * Ability to analyze financial data and develop P&Ls%%0A * Ability to analyze market/competitor data and develop programs to market products and support the sales effort%%0A * Excellent influencing and communication skills%%0A * Ability to partner and maintain close working relationship with sales, customer service, operations, and technology%%0A JPMorgan Chase is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, M/F/D/V
