Position Description: The purpose of this position is to build best of bread workplace tools and workflows for Private Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales Assistants (SAs) (e.g. ARMS, G-Cap, RM Portal, Client Centricity tools) aimed at freeing up time for client value adding activities and thus supporting the RM’s in increasing production levels. This will be achieved by streamlining existing workflows, designing new workflow with a RM/SA focus, continuously working on the integration of the RM workplace, providing appropriate tools and delivering an appropriate training and coaching to users. Key Responsiblities: Drive the roadmap for harmonization/integration of all Front Office Tools (ARMS, G-Cap, RM Portal, Client Centricity tools) to build best of bread Workplace tools as a distinguishing factor for Credit Suisse and to get most out of budget Manage (develop, control, improve) key front processes with the goal to increase efficiency and productivity of Front line staff Product/Solution Manager for Front Office Tools: requirement gathering and prioritization/ excellent stakeholder management, release planning and implementation on time, budet and quality, and SLA management with service providers Regular reporting and excellent stakeholder management with upper management, Operations, and IT on KPIs and service levels adherence on all managed front process and tools Drive issue resolution on incidents and production problems with Operations and IT to ensure great execution and user support Roll-out coordination and front staff training for releases of new workflows/functions/tools with efficient use of RM/SA time Build network and excellent stakeholder management with Front users, Zurich Management, US Management, IT US, Global IT to resolve open issues and to leverage global CS expertise

Qualifications

Experience and Skills Required/Desired: Deep expertise of RM/SA workflows and tools (10-12 years) Proven track record in business process reengineering and as project manager Preferably experience as a team leader in a diverse/international environment Preferably experienced in sales, advisory and/or relationship managementDynamic, self-reliant, target oriented, excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Prior experience in Private Banking or brokerage is required ---------------------------------- Credit Suisse is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
