Position Description: Project Manager/Black Belt (VP) Responsibilities: * Lead Lean Sigma and business projects and achieve the expected results. * Learn, apply and teach Lean Sigma methodology. * Deliver Lean Sigma ("Operational Excellence") projects, utilizing Lean Sigma tools and methods. * Lead improvement teams and train project team members ("Yellow Belts"). * Provide ongoing progress updates to Business Sponsors and other stakeholders.

Qualifications Skills and Experience Required: * Project management : Strong project management & organizational skills: ability to plan, execute, and manage projects utilizing project management practices paired with strong problem solving skills * Relevant work experience in Financial Services and/or Consulting. Previous exposure to Private Banking or management consulting experience is a plus. * Proven high performance in previous job. * Superior analytical skills, experience in applying statistical concepts to business operations. * Strong communication and presentation skills : Ability to write clearly and concisely, conduct management presentations, and facilitate group meetings, excellent in English and ideally another language. Top level interpersonal, networking and persuasive skills necessary. Needs to be able to identify possible stakeholders and manage these effortlessly. * Strong process orientation: Ability to establish, maintain, and improve internal processes knowledge of CS processes. * Proven leadership / change agent skills: Natural or emerging leadership skills: demonstrated ability to gain the respect of others and to motivate others to take action. Ability to drive change and establish a culture for continuous improvement * Successful team player: Team building and influence skills: to get others to accomplish the project work, even though they lack formal authority and control. Work effectively with employees at all organizational levels. * Clear results orientation : demonstrated track record of setting and achieving organizational goals. * Strong intrinsic motivation. * Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Other Lean Sigma related tools - e.g. Minitab - a plus, but not a requirement * Fulltime dedication to Black belt role. * For training, meeting purposes and to run projects, out-of-the country travel may be required. * Organizational Credibility : Respected by management, demonstrate professionalism and integrity. * Excellent university degree, preferably on a Masters or PhD level. * Formal project management training a clear plus.
