Description The primary focus of the Premier Client Manager Candidate role is to hone and deepen critical skills that will lead to revenue generating client relationships as a Client Manager. Significant marketing and relationship building skills will be essential to broaden existing relationships and bring new clients to the bank. Client Manager Candidates will be able to demonstrate comprehensive financial planning capabilities by assessing needs, identifying, and recommending financial solutions. The successful Client Manager Candidate will inspire trust & confidence in clients through problem solving, listening carefully to the client’s needs, and by proactively recommending products and/or services. Upon successful completion of preliminary requirements, this position is anticipated to transition to the Client Manager role. Eligibility for this position requires candidates to possess or acquire Series 6 and 63 licenses prior to advancing to the Client Manager position.

Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a financial sales and/or banking sales role where acquiring and managing relationships has been critical to your success. College degree preferred. Must have a proven track record of sales success and delighting clients. Must have demonstrated ability to build a portfolio through strong business development skills, and external client acquisition. A track record of demonstrated credit/lending sales experience strongly desired. A track record of investment sales experience strongly desired. NASD Series 6 and 63 licensing strongly preferred. Candidates may apply without Series 6 and 63 licenses, but must achieve Series 6 and 63 licenses within ninety days of accepting this position, as it is required to attend the necessary training, and advance to the Client Manager position. Licensed candidates are strongly preferred. Scope of Responsibilities Successful candidate will be highly motivated self-starter with intense focus on results and winning. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively execute against professional sales skills including planning, execution, and follow-up. Will strengthen and deepen new business with existing Premier Clients. Must demonstrate the ability to cultivate effective revenue generating partnerships with other LOB partners. Must cultivate the skill set or have a comfort level of asking for qualified referrals from existing clients. Must demonstrate the ability to build a Premier qualified portfolio/book of business by way of leads provided. Successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. Candidates must possess ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and deliver presentations and solutions with impact. Must be able to maintain balance production across various product categories, including deposit, credit, and investment products.
