Job description Portal architecture effort for Technical Service Area of Enterprise Business Systems Project. Work closely with all other service areas of this effort and lead the portal architectural definition effort within technical service area including: - Assess various portal technologies and proposing architectural roadmap for implementation of a portal that would incorporate disparate systems such as SAP HCM, KFS and legacy systems. - Leverage SOA approach to define portal architecture. This specific job does not require travel outside of the DC Metro area. However, please be advised that future job requirements may require travel up to 100%%. Basic: US Citizen or Perm Resident. 3-5 years Portal (WebSphere Portal and/or SAP Portal). This position is in East Lansing, MI; will accept candidates from East Lansing, MI or WMA who willing to travel. Offer contingent on contract award. Preferred: Experience designing and Implementing complex Portal solutions; Experience with WebSphere Portal; Experience with SAP portal; Strong communication and leadership skills; Exposure to SOA and SOMA; Knowledge of the Education Industry - Higher Ed in particular; Experience with SAP implementations; Experience with package financial system implementations.
