Description: Working in partnership with the GTI Technology Product Areas and the wider GTI Business & Financial Management team, provide leadership and direction to ensure optimal delivery of GTI requirements across Resource Management and Program Management Office (PMO) activities. Lead the development and implementation of an effective vision, strategy (including: process, organization/people, systems/tools) for this space, as well as maintaining and evolving operational (BAU Service Delivery) aspects to deliver efficiently and effectively on GTI requirements. The role requires strong capability in building and maintaining global relationships, as well as ensuring regular and effective communications across multiple stakeholders, locations and organizational levels. In addition, exceptional execution capabilities coupled with appropriate experience in leading organization transformation/change management programs. The role requires rigor and focus to drive standardization, integration of best practices and provide measurable value in support of GTI’s delivery to its internal client base. Some key responsibilities include: * Responsible for GTI strategic location strategy, workforce optimization, headcount planning and forecasting, engagement (training and development), and the GTI real estate relationship * Provides strategic leadership for GTI resource strategy, as inputs into the finance and planning, inventory and billing, product strategy and MIS and performance management processes * Perform an instrumental role in the development of process and approaches for talent pipeline, succession planning and career management practices across GTI, supporting mobility and the overall people agenda * Create vision and lead development of Project Delivery framework including process, tool, and global implementation of defined methodology. * Define the organization and strategy and execute the transition to that strategy, and build cohesive and collaborative team that positively influences GTI’s project execution. * Define the standard delivery, content, and definition of the reporting on the portfolio of projects including all senior management and operational reports. * Develop strategy for resource and demand management for supporting GTI/LOB initiatives. * Capacity Management process to identify opportunities to drive ability to shift staff efficiently as business needs change * Create a Center of Excellence around the GTI project delivery function which encompasses the architecture, toolset, documentation, metrics and global operations for project execution. * Define the measures, targets, and analysis of the project execution quality and performance across all major investments and standard projects. * Create and oversee the governance and control model to manage the PMO discipline * Work with peer organizations, product, and LOB teams to provide the services and information necessary to enable business objectives. * Create skill and career development across Project Delivery teams through appropriate mechanisms and other planning.
