Description: PHOTOGRAPHER - SALES REP (NY) Department:SSI Operations Location: NEW YORK, NY Description I am presently looking for several part time/full time photographers to staff our boats here at the Spirit of New York. This is a fast paced position that requires the ability to take great photos in a few moments and present those images to customers for purchase as they enjoy there cruise. This is a team effort. I have some great employees already in place and I’m looking to get a few more with a friendly, hardworking, and reliable approach to the job.

There are usually 4-8 cruises a day with mid-day shift from about 9:00-2:30 and evening shifts from about 5:30-11:30. Our cruise ships go out seven days a week – mostly evening (dinner) cruises. Part-time is between 4-5 boats a week and full-time is about seven boats a week.

Pay is $7.15 per hour or 14%% commission which ever is greater. In other words, you are guaranteed $7.15 but my photographers generally average $11 and up per hour. It depends on your performance.

I provide training, equipment and partial uniforms.
