Job Description: EXAMPLES OF DUTIES PERFORMED This list of duties is not exhaustive, and duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time, without notice. The photographer will be responsible for creating a library/collection culinary based photography (new and retouched) to be used as marketing and revenue generating assets in our new business ventures, web, press and marketing arenas. . Development of overall brand look and feel as related to photographs to ensure consistency across multiple business platforms . Partner with operations team to arrange photo studio and location shooting schedule to ensure that all needed photos to meet business objectives are captured . Produce high quality images for online, print, marketing and press applications of culinary and product photography . Upload images in proper format with proper tagging to internal database. . Execute photographic pre- and post production of products and creative that supports the assigned brand. . Finalize imagery for print output. . Partner with photo coordinator to manage digital assets . The majority of the of the photography to be taken is culinary/food based. REQUIREMENTS 1. Education: BFA in Photography or equivalent degree, MFA in Photography or equivalent a plus. 2. Experience: . 2 -3 years past professional experience in culinary photography. . Familiarity with or working with food styling . Past experience working on location shoots or during ongoing shoots and talent based shoots and the sensitivity required while doing so. . Past experience in a similar high volume production environment is required. Such as previous top market magazine background. . Past experience working on location or during ongoing shoots and the sensitivity required while doing so.

3. Equipment: Knowledge of all professional grade camera equipment, digital and traditional. Specifically Canon EOS 5D. Additional experience using high quality printers and photo editing software.

4. Licenses/Certificates: None required. 5. Skills/ Abilities: . Knowledge of photographic principles and techniques . Ability to adapt to a wide variety of assignments. . Ability to perform image retouching . Ability to manage multiple projects at once . Ability to prioritize . Ability to multitask . Ability to work in a team . Ability to work independently, or self direct when needed. . Ability to see in color and discriminate color variance . Ability to compare characteristics of a product against a brand standard and revise as required . Ability to take constructive creative feedback . Ability to style or past experience doing so product shots. . Personal computing skills, including digital editing applications, Adobe, CS3, Lightroom, and MS Office applications . Ability to adopt brand voice and be a leading member in creating the direction for photography. . Professionalism when interacting with multiple departments, talent and outside partners.
