As a PM/BI Consultant, you will be performing business systems analysis, design, development, and implementation activities for Data Warehousing, Analytics and Reporting projects. You will work on assignments within teams identifying software and hardware requirements, technical alternatives and solutions to integrate data to provide business insight. We are looking for applicants with the following skills: General Profile: . Passion for PM/BI and a solid understanding of the value it provides . Experience in applying PM/BI within business areas such as Finance, Customer Intelligence/CRM, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management and Compliance . Experience with Oracle BI Suite of applications including Data Warehousing tools, Siebel Business Analytics, PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management and Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation and Tools/OBIEE . Experience with project management in a PM/BI environment, PMP certified candidates desired . Excellent verbal and written communications skills . Candidates should be business oriented, analytical, have an interest in supporting sales and be used to working in a highly-structured, team environment . A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related functional area . Successful and effective team collaboration . Location is flexible in the United States, but must have ability to accommodate up to 100%% travel Functional Business/Data Analyst Qualifications: Our current hiring needs require an individual with the following credentials: . 10+ years of full systems development lifecycle experience . 5+ years of consulting and project management experience, especially in the areas of communication. Ability to manage project budgets, scope, sponsors, timelines, resources and customer expectations. Maintain project issues and report status to project team members, IT management and other associated parties. . Facilitates effective and efficient meetings as required. . Possesses strong functional knowledge in analytic application areas such as Budgeting and Business Planning, Activity Based Management/Costing, Funds Transfer Pricing, Economic Value Added Reporting, Balanced Scorecard . Possesses strong industry background in Financial Services, Banking, or Telecommunications . Experience in specific client domains and demonstrated ability to learn new domains . Data mapping and data quality improvement (reconciliation, validation) experience . Advanced report development skills . Experience with ad-hoc and canned reports, utilizing SQL and OLAP sources Nice to have: . Experience with connecting to the following databases: Normalized, De-Normalized, Star or Snowflake, Cubes . Experience with one of the following BI/OLAP/CPM Tools: OBIEE, Siebel Analytics; Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Business Objects/Crystal . Experience with writing SQL

Typical responsibilities of the position and duties of this role include but are not limited to: . Defines key performance indicators and data needs to improve insight into profit and loss, business costs and new opportunities . Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates system designs that meet overall business objectives and sponsor requirements . Creates specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to both on shore and off shore development teams . Provides software quality assurance by developing testing requirements and coordinating proper testing process and procedures . Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support . Trains users in the operation and functionality of business applications and related systems and/or processes. . Establishes strong relationships and is able to communicate at all levels of complex organizations to drive results
