Job description The PeopleSoft HR Consultant/Team Lead is responsible for leading & performing the functional activities across the development lifecycle for PS HR implementations and/or upgrades. Functional activities include requirements definition, process analysis, fit/gap resolution, process design and implementation, functional application design, application configuration, testing, training, and cutover. Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of PeopleSoft Workforce Administration, Recruiting, Position Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, North American Payroll, Time and Labor, and/or the HCM eCollaborative applications. Consultant may be responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed work plan for business process & application development. Prefer global &/or multi-national experience. Required * At least 2 years experience in hands-on PeopleSoft HCM v.8.8+ application * At least 2 years experience in at least 2 full lifecycle (6+ months) implementations of one or more PeopleSoft HCM eApps along with automated workflow. * At least 2 years experience in projects, this should have also included implementation of one or more PS applications: HR, Benefits Admin, Payroll, and/or Time and Labor for clients with 5,000 or more employees. * At least 3 years experience in HR Operations * Readiness to travel up to 75%%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * Bachelors Degree * At least 3 years experience in hands-on PeopleSoft HCM v.8.8+ application Additional information As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
