Req Number:81495 Location(s): New York NY Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Individual will be responsible for transforming packaging sketches into 3-D designs, creating die lines in Ashlar Score/ Vellum or similar software, cutting package samples, preparing package comps for presentations, preparing packaging cost sheets and following process through to completion with marketing and production teams. Be able to show an emphasis on innovative design and use of materials. Requirements: Qualifications: Individual must have the ability to create computerized die lines, operate a konsberg cutting table, have a working knowledge of various packaging materials and experience in 3-D design (Solidworks, Cobalt, Rhino, etc.). Experience with Ashlar Score/Vellum software or AutoCad is also required. Must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strict attention to detail Qualified Candidate will be working towards a BS in Packaging or Industrial Design and/or Packaging Engineering Degree and have 0-2 years of relevant experience.
