Research and process customers phone records with old carrier. . Maintain and update the Sales database. . Schedule installation appointments. . Interface with Technical operations to resolve installation/service call appointment related issues. . Schedule upgrades, downgrades and service calls for existing commercial customers. . Follow up on billing issues related to installation and monthly charges. . Troubleshoot voice service related issues during and after installation. . Troubleshoot Flow Thru Provisioning issues. . Follow up on telephony change of feature requests made by existing BCP customers. . Provide support to Business Services Account Executives. . Interact with other departments as required. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication Skill level: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Specialized skills: Knowledge of CSG/ ACP billing system and OMSe is required. Knowledge of Digital phone order entry preferred.
