Posting Job Title Outbound Collections Rep TimeWarner Division Time Warner Cable Industry Cable and Telecommunications Services Location United States - New York - New York Requisition # 103720BR Position Type Part Time Posting Job Description SUMMARY Maintains the highest amount of customers, through the successful collection of delinquent balances and through the restoration of uninterrupted cable service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Collects delinquent account balances. Contacts assigned delinquent subscribers for account balance recovery, by phone. Works within the confines of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and maintains full knowledge of this act. Implements fix payment plans for qualifying customers. Handles inbound retention / universal calls in a courteous manner. Handles manually disconnecting customers who are delinquent. Interacts with customer service, technical operations, warehouse, administrative, and managerial personnel. Attends all meetings and staff training sessions. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
