Job description *Organizational Change Strategy- Managing Consultant The Strategy Consultant (SC) uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the clients business. The Organization Change SC responsibilities include: organization design, change management, benefits realization, communication strategy, stakeholder management, & culture transformation. Required * Bachelors Degree * At least 2 years experience in strategic consulting to large-scale clients * At least 2 years experience in organizational and change design/organization alignment consulting methodology and frameworks * Readiness to travel up to 75%%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * Masters Degree * At least 4 years experience in strategic consulting to large-scale clients * At least 4 years experience in organizational and change design/organization alignment consulting methodology and frameworks * At least 4 years experience in creating and maintaining successful project work plans * At least 4 years experience in creating and delivering effective, timely and high quality strategic project deliverables * At least 4 years experience in business case development * At least 4 years experience in benefits/value realization analysis and tracking * At least 5 years experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio Additional information It is also expected that new hires live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 mi or less) of the following cities: New York City, NY and surrounding areas; Boston/Cambridge/Waltham, MA, and Washington, DC.
