This role will act as liaison among New York-based merchants, stores and primarily Accounts Payable and Asset Protection, but also with other functional areas as necessary. Accordingly, the Operations Manager will develop strong relationships with stores - especially with function of the Jewelry MAs. The Operations Manager will have specific responsibility for managing the jewelry-watch repair process and special issues surrounding the management of consignment inventory, The Operations Manager will also maintain and/or facilitate updates of jewelry-specific procedures and policies: special orders, trunk shows, returns and asset protection standards. This position will have a direct impact on the financial components of the jewelry business with a reduction in other costs as well as improvements in back-of-house efficiencies. Requirements College degree preferred Proficiency with Excel. 3-5 years in similar environment/capacity. Experience in jewelry industry. Project management; ability to work within team and be able to achieve results working cross-functionally.
