Description: Responsibilities for the Operational Risk Manager include:

- Working with various business units to identify and assess the risks they face
- Providing value added suggestions on how key risks can be better managed/mitigated
- Contributing to risk mitigation projects at a cross product and global level
- Performing risk and control assessments related to products and functions considered potentially high risk
- Making recommendations to reduce risk, and ensuring the establishment and execution of risk remediation activities which may include both short term enhancements to people, systems and processes, as well as more strategic initiatives to provide a long term solution
- Establishing best practices, and implementing the associated infrastructure, to support a robust, sustainable, risk and control assessment framework for operations

Required Skills:
- 2-7 years of experience in operations or finance
- Working knowledge of the business processes and system flows in operations
- Strong Excel skills
