POSITION SUMMARY: The Support Project Manager will be involved with the definition, scoping, planning, scheduling and overall Project Management of the developments provided by Outsourced Maintenance (Offshore) teams. These Offshore teams will consist of Engineers at all levels. The development activities of the Offshore team will be aligned with Domestic and Global (US, UK) project initiatives focusing on bugs and small change requests. The PM will be responsible for leading the developments of the Offshore teams specifically for Bug and Post Deployment Production Builds. The Project Manager will lead and manage the Offshore team to ensure that priorities are set, issues addressed, deliverables achieved, and timelines met within the overall Production Build Cycle. The Support Project Manager will work closely and in conjunction with the Functional Project Managers. The Functional Project Managers will provide a level of direction to the Support Project Manager to ensure that the overall Production Build Cycles (i.e. Bug, Functional and Post Deployment Builds) are implemented on time and with the best quality. Additionally, this PM will work also with Brands, Management, Technical and Graphical Design Teams. The Support Project Manager will report directly to the French and International Project Allocation Manager. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Online Technology/Requisition Support Project Manager: * Acts as the primary liaison for Offshore team developments (i.e. Bugs and Change Requests), ensuring integration of developments into the overall Production Build Cycle (i.e. Bug and Post Deployment Builds). * Coordinates and collaborates closely with the Functional Project Managers to ensure Bug and Post Deployment Builds are implemented on time and within the specified Production Build Cycles. * Ensures that Bug and Change Request priorities are set and in alignment with all team expectations (i.e. Offshore, Brands, Online Technology). * Identifies and helps address Offshore team issues and deliverables, and ensures timely delivery of Bug and Post Deployment Build content. * Collaborates with Functional Project Managers to identify best approach for Bug and Post Deployment deliverables. * Leads and follows-up as required on Offshore team deliverables ensuring timely execution. * Develops and actively manages project schedules and status using standard Project Management tools to achieve timely delivery of Offshore team developments. Ensures on-time delivery of Bugs and Change Requests for overall integration into the Build schedule. * Assigns, monitors and tracks Bugs and Change Requests, and produces Status Reports as required for Brands, Management, Functional and Project Allocation Managers. * Effectively utilizes Department Racking and Monitoring tools. * Regularly communicates with all Team Members to ensure earliest possible Risk/Issues identification, schedule slippage, and scope change. * Communicates regularly with the Brands, Management, Functional and Project Allocation Managers maintaining expectations, identifying risks and issues, and sharing team concerns as they arise. * Identifies options and recommends course of action in relation to issues, arriving at a resolution. * Holds weekly and/or daily meetings as required with the Offshore team, as well as the Brands, Functional and Project Allocation Managers, to: * Verify the status of developments. * Ensure that: * Issues are identified and addressed. * Bug and Post Deployment Builds will be delivered on schedule. * Regularly (weekly) manages and communicates Offshore team status to the following Managers: * Brands * Online Technology * Functional * Project Allocation * Coordinates with Engineering, Development, Graphical Design, and Quality Assurance (Testing) teams as required for Bug and Post Deployment Builds.
