DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview: # To lead the sales and execution of initiatives with our Bottlers in the On-Premise Channels (At-Work, Education, Specialty Retail, Amusement/Recreation, Health/Hospital, Transportation, Lodging & Hospitality, Eating & Drinking, Full Service vending, Full Line Operators, Wholesale). This role is the primary account manager for Bottlers for the On-Premise channels excluding the LMP model for CCNA FoodService. This role works closely with the local MU On-Premise Director to identify growth opportunities and execute solutions to drive our mutual share and profitability. This role works closely with the Manager, Eat/Drink counterpart and the overall On-premise team to ensure Bottlers are in a position to support the priorities of the CCNA Foodservice and On- Premise Division Function Specific Activities: Activate The Coca-Cola Company System (e.g., cross-functional team members, segment resources) to develop and implement business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume.
Participate in contract negotiations/re-negotiations with customer and Coca-Cola System in order to formalize the agreement.
Write Annual Business Plan (APB) for specific customer, group of customers or geography in order to forecast volume, revenue and expense.
Develop customer call strategies to interact with buyers (coaches, gatekeepers) in order to gain access to senior level buyers.
Develop and/or implement training solutions for customers that will enhance business performance by improving customer capabilities necessary for business plan execution.
Evaluate results versus objectives using customer and Coca-Cola system information (e.g., register POS, Customer Communications Center, and Value) in order to determine results and the need for plan modifications.
Establish Key Business Indicators (KBIs) with customers input that will enable tracking plan implementation and the effectiveness of the plan in achieving business objectives.
Attend customer meetings, conventions and industry trade associations/shows in order to develop increased knowledge of customer and industry and create incremental value for customer and Coca-Cola system.
Update business plan progress using tools such as the Sales Force Tool Kit in order to monitor Key Business Indicators (KBIs).
Run monthly volume reports using value system in order to track and monitor volume performance. Training Development: Ability to develop instructional content and curriculum using knowledge of instructional design principles and training needs assessment procedures.
