They can order a cup of coffee, and ask about our banking products, and even open accounts! Our Cafe is innovative because its a combination of both a bank and a cafe. Its place where customers can surf the net, have a latte and talk to a Cafe Associate about our banking products. We have a Cafe in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Wilmington and opening this spring Chicago!

What is the ING DIRECT Cafes function?

The Cafe is the vehicle where ING DIRECT can physically connect with people to build brand excitement and demonstrate the value proposition on all of our products. The cafes purpose is to physically represent our brand values, showcase our products face to face and create a sense of community with our customers. At the ING DIRECT Cafe the cafe associate is a brand ambassador. They are responsible for maintaining our cafes but also selling our products. They help customers open savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and mortgage products.
