Requirements ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - New York City This major, international financial institution is looking for an attorney with 5-7 years asset management experiencce with a recognized law firm or large asset management institution. Asset management and combination of general securities or capital markets experience also would be appropriate prepation for this position. Must have Investment Advisors Act experience, and Investment Company Act, ERISA Securities and/or the Exchange Act would be significant plus, as would exposure to derivatives and/or quantative strategies work.
