Three flexible 12 1/2 hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities: • Monitor and support multi-state mixed operating system network. • Become familiar with existing infrastructure and be able to respond to technical outages with a rapid response • Install, configure, administer and maintain Windows Server 2000/2003 in workgroup and domain configuration • Monitor Cisco network health • Follow and evolve existing process and procedures • Document new information and maintain growing knowledgebase

Qualifications: Required: o Associates Degree with current technology related courses. o 1 year field experience. o Field related technical certifications. o Prefer 1-2 years Network Operations Center (NOC) experience. o Windows Server support o Customer support o Windows XP, Server 2k/2k3 o Authorization to work in the US required Desired skills: o Programming languages (.net, php, vb, etc) o Web hosting o Scripting o Linux o Cisco command line configuration o Monitoring programs (SNMPc, Sitescope, etc) o Windows XP desktop support
