The Investment Bank CTO group has an enterprise-wide responsibility to work across the application development community to facilitate the development of application, data and technical architectures that are aligned with the enterprise strategy and objectives. The group interacts with key IT Development members, understanding their needs, their plans, how systems interface and data is used to generate future-state architectural solutions. An overarching architecture that integrates all aspects of the domain will be produced to ensure that account is taken of the data, applications, business and technical facets. * This role works in conjunction with the Architecture Process lead to manage the IB CTO program portfolio and architecture process. * Responsible for the program management and oversight of multiple projects. * Manages details of the portfolio “book of work” and reporting * Works with Architecture Process lead to define and refine architecture governance process and drive implementation of solutions together * Works with Architecture Process lead to manage architecture project review process * Supports the change management process requests, reviews and tracking of decisions * Maintains issues, risks logs, results of project reviews with action items and decisions * Highlights cross project issues for the internal program including resource balancing for resolution * Manages the internal program headcount budgets and project budgets and tracks actual costs * Report on internal program status including financials. * Identifies, manages and drives issues to resolution * Interfaces with other groups where needed

Qualifications Required: * 8+ years of investment banking, engineering or software house experience * Full Software Delivery Lifecycle experience on application development projects * Minimum of 5 years in project and program management * Experience managing multi-year, multi-million dollar programs * Experience developing and managing budgets * Experience dealing with senior management (N-3s) * Experience partnering with other business units for successful solution delivery * Global team management * Strong organization and planning skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills * High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint and Project * Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills * Persuasive reasoning * Sound judgment Desired: * Knowledge of software architecture, trading lifecycle, Credit Suisse IB IT systems * Management consulting experience * CS project/portfolio management tools * Probability and statistics * Knowledgeable about the Global Solution Delivery Policy and SDLC+ ---------------------------------- Credit Suisse is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in its employment decisions on the basis of any protected category.
