Position Summary: Oversee day-to-day and long term development of the business, including new product launches and support of existing business. Key Responsibilities: New Product Development Write new product concepts; interact with Product Development and R&D; manage package development process; write launch plan; lead team meetings; manage mkt research plan. Promotional Planning- Recommend brand promotion strategy; manage major promo events (including budget, creative, timetables, selling materials. Financial/P&L/Planning Manage forecast, Cost of Goods, Value Analysis, Recommend Pricing Strategy, Recommend Add/Delets Advertising Brief agency on new projects, Develop copy/creative strategy, Assist in the development of Media Strategy. On-going Business Manage existing business, work with trade marketing to help in the brainstorming of account-specific programs; develop contingency plans for volume needs.

Position interacts with the following departments: Marketing Services, Product Development, Creative Services, R&D, Factory Travel Requirements: Approximately 15 Days/Year REQUIREMENTS: Education/Work Experience: This job requires a minimum of 5-7 years of Marketing experience. MBA preferred, however will consider a BA with relevant work experience.
