Description: |My Career Center|View Job Cart| Mgr - Marketing uslo-00005261 Marketing 1040 - Ralph Lauren Affaire de Marque New York NY FUNCTION: Principle Objective: Partner with the AVP of Global Marketing to develop from concept to execution promotional programs and animations for the Ralph Lauren fragrance catalog, and to develop from concept to launch new products for the masstige segment under the Chaps and American Living brands. General Responsibilities: Create, develop and manage seasonal promotions and animations for all fragrances in the Ralph Lauren catalog. Create, develop and manage new product launches for the Chaps and American Living brands. Contribute creative concepts and write themes for all programs. Manage the projects by coordinating the contributions of Creative Services, Marketing Operations, U.S. and International Marketing, Packaging Development, Ralph Lauren Agency and Polo Corporate. Issue, track and follow-up on all codes, COG budgets, Creative Service Requests (CSRs) and Brand Marketing Decisions (MDs), including revisions, for all programs. Create, plan and update the Order Books and Marketing Books for RLF promotions and Masstige launches. Perform COG analysis and drive product development for new projects. Initiate and prepare comprehensive analysis of competitive marketplace and products. Analyze quantitative sales data using NPD database. Track seasonal trends using WGSN database and other sources of information and inspiration. Keep abreast of competitive marketing activity, including strategy and packaging innovation. Coordinate and prepare materials for all marketing presentations to senior management. Interaction with the following groups: Marketing Operations, Creative Services, U.S. and International Marketing, Public Relations and Finance, plus Ralph Lauren Agency and Polo Corporate as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Skills Required: Leadership of support groups to achieve common goals on a timely basis. Strong verbal communication, written and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Creative aptitude and energy are a must Analytical/quantitative skills relating to creating COG budgets and category analysis 5-7 years work experience in beauty marketing or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook LOreal USA is an equal opportunity employer M / F / D / V.
