More information about this job: Overview: Juicy Couture, founded in 1994 by Gela Nash-Taylor and Pamela Skaist-Levy, has evolved into a multimillion-dollar lifestyle brand. Originally known for the tracksuit, Juicy Couture has expanded into womens and girls ready-to-wear apparel, shoes, swimwear, timepieces, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, optic eyewear, small leather goods and womens fragrances. Juicy also offers baby gear and a wide array of doggie accessories for the savvy puppy. Juicy Couture for Men (soon to be Dirty English), was debuted in 2003 and includes denim, ready-to-wear, accessories, fragrance and sunglasses. Responsibilities: Act as the field representative for the Juicy Couture brand by focusing on training and building strong relationships within the major/department stores to drive wholesale business initiatives. . Partner with store management to recruit and develop store-line associates/team. . Provide regular verbal and written communication to both Juicy sales as well as store management to ensure Juicy standards and goals are being met both in environment and "back of house"; Hold store management accountable to addressing productivity/performance issues with in-store sales staff. . Develop strong business relationships with retail partners at the store level, including department, visual and store management; Know who makes the decisions with each account: Account Executives, Visual Managers, Store Managers and/or Department Managers and communicate all product information, floor location, merchandising presentation, staffing issues and business analysis issues with store personnel and specialists when appropriate. . Organize regular walk-throughs with corporate management. . Conduct regular product knowledge seminars with store-line sales team. . Responsible for achieving quantitative measures of performance in: sales, volume, stock level, and sales per square foot; Work closely with Account Executives to ensure assortments are right and provide regular customer feedback. . Immediately report irregularities and/or non-compliance of Juicy visual standards and recommended resolutions to your Regional Visual Manager.

Qualifications: . Minimum of 2-3 years full-time vendor merchandising and retail management experience (i.e. floor sets, meeting account needs, maintaining standards) . Experience in dealing with department store shop-in-shop environments . Superior retail, customer service and training experience, . strong initiative, ownership and ability to work independently . Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills . Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills . Knowledge of Retail Math and experience working with department stores
