Position Description: Medical Malpractice UnderWriter (Vice President) Responsibilities include: - Coordinating Benchmarking Project to include creating and underwriting assessment tool for underwriters as well as develop a client marketing/ benchmarking strategy for TRC. This person will also be responsible for developing the strategy by which we should pursue â?• program businessâ?? opportunities and, upon developing the opportunities, matching them with front carriers. Over time, this person will also be charged with developing the structure via which we should write primary business. Position will also have direct handling of treaty underwriting account responsibilities. Candidate must have a minimum of 10+ years med mal underwriting experience. Strong marketing, customer service, organizational and communication skills.
