Position Description:
Individual will be responsible for selling and managing accounts within the medical vertical. Meet/exceed monthly sales quota targets and goals. â a Acquire new customers through cold calling and other prospecting efforts as required â a Implement overall account strategy to manage account/territory development . â a Develop strategies to penetrate Government accounts through close coordination with the customer. â a Proactively seek opportunities to sell complex data solutions to existing and new customers across multiple locations. â a Drive the sales of wireless data solutions through advanced solutions selling techniques. â a Cultivate strong customer relationships to form sustainable, long-term business partnerships. â a Demonstrate understanding of key business drivers for customers (understand their business). â a Proactive management of customer relationships to leverage least cost methods of order fulfillment and provisioning through the use of on-line, web-enabled systems. â a Prepare and present responses to RFPâ?s, RFIâ?s, and unsolicited proposals. â a Deliver professional Company presentations to customers. â a Maintain frequent and personal contact with customers to strengthen business relationships. â a Manage customer expectations in accordance with Company approved methodologies. â a Maintain a broad knowledge of wireless service, coverage maps, rate plans, complex products and services, and selling skills to ensure image-enhancing message and delivery. â a Maintain a professional image and work environment. â a Proactively promote positive interaction and professionalism with internal and external customers. â a Aggressively manage all customer inquiries and escalations professionally. â a Preparation and timely submission of daily/weekly call reports, funnel activities and monthly sales forecasts using appropriate sales automation tools. â a Conduct regularly scheduled account/module reviews with sales management â a Conduct SWOT analysis of accounts (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). â a Attend all required sales meetings and training sessions. â a Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications:
Bachelorâ?s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required. â a Five+ yearsâ?? successful solution sales experience. Medical sales experience preferred. Proven track record of quota achievement. â a Minimum two year experience selling in a cold calling environment. â a Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. â a Strong organizational and negotiation skills. â a Confident attitude with the ability to work well in a high pace team environment â a Sound decision making and problem solving capabilities. â a Ability to present professional image of self and Company. â a Ability to handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally. â a Personal commitment to providing quality products and unparalleled customer service. â a Computer literacy strongly preferred. â a At least five years experience working in the wireless and/or telecommunications industry a plus.
