Operations experience should include specific expertise in Fixed Income/Equity/Custody/Clearance products, with a successful track record of effectively leading a large diverse team. * Evidences solid leadership skills and attributes, has a high level of energy and integrity, speaks up, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and is not afraid of accountability and responsibility. * Ability to manage multiple projects, products and disciplines, in multiple locations. * Breadth of business background, strong practical understanding of operational procedures and regulations. * Ability to think strategically and execute through ambiguous situations. * Quantifiable knowledge of financial services industry, regulatory knowledge, accounting disciplines and economic and business trends. * Comfortable with and an advocate for, ongoing change and working in a matrix management organizational structure. * Ability to represent JPMorgan on industry bodies and forums.
