Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to manage a team in the development and support of the in house trading systems used by the Global Arbitrage and Trading Group and the Global Equity Group Key Accountabilities: Primary Objectives . Analyze business requirements and provide technology solutions for business. . Lead and guide key initiatives for GTS system. . Lead and guide team members to provide efficient, fast reaction support for business side technology groups. . Utilize every team members technology knowledge and maximize team performance as a whole. . Make sure all system component releases are well validated and meet high quality standards. . Build, develop, and effectively manage a strong development team. Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): Technical Skills . Ability to quickly identify and resolve real time trading system issues. . 10+ year hands-on technology experience ]Business Knowledge . Significant understanding of the equity trading electronic trading environment. . Understanding of order message flows for various exchanges and Electronic Communication Networks. . In-depth knowledge of architecture. . Experience with the implementation of an in-house global trading system. Core Behaviors .
