OVERALL SUMMARY This position will handle HBOs Supplier Performance Management Program. Monitor internal compliance to preferred contracts to reduce rogue spending. Monitor and track all rebates and incentives that HBO is eligible to receive under existing Agreements to ensure that HBO is deriving the value expected out of our strategic sourcing negotiations. This position will focus on post-contract operational performance and delivery management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES .Implement a Supplier Performance process to include the development of: .Quarterly Performance Reviews for strategic vendors .Appropriate Key Performance indicators (KPIs), by supplier .Recommendations to exercise our audit rights under contracts, possibly using outside audit companies. .Monitor changes to internal e-Procurement catalogs or punch out sites to insure integrity in the products and price points. .Responsible for loading of contracts in our contract management system (Ariba) including the input of meta data. .Monitor internal compliance to preferred contracts to reduce rogue spending .Monitor and track all rebates and incentives that HBO is eligible to receive under existing Agreements. REQUIREMENTS .Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or related role .Highly motivated team player with an ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize work .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Strong financial skills, organizational skills and attention to detail .Experience working with contracts a plus
