Description: Job Title Manager, Sponsorship Integrations Auto req ID 684BR CBS Business Unit CSTV Division/Station CBS College Sports Network Department Production Location New York - New York Job Description The Manager, Sponsorship Integration will:

* Act as liaison between sports sales and production to facilitate sponsorship integration within all of shows and various time-buy programming. * Work closely with producers and Ad Sales department to determine which sponsored elements will work in each sports property on a weekly and seasonal basis. * Assist in the development of the creative look and content for each sponsored element and help determine where they will air within our broadcast. * Create, update and distribute outlines of enhancements/obligations in memo form for each property. * Ensure that obligations memos are completed and delivered to respective departments in a timely fashion as to allow ample time for animations and vignettes to be created. * Ensure all obligations are up to client expectations. * Work directly with ad agencies, clients and specific sports properties. * Attend sales meetings with sales VPs, AE’s and clients; as well as facilitate meetings between Production and Ad Sales teams. * Satisfy all sales/client requests (mockups, graphic materials, storyboards, tapes of broadcasts, screen grabs, etc.). * Help coordinate production shoots for sponsor obligations (i.e., State Farm Coach of the Year for the Final Four). * Receive, review and distribute materials (i.e., logos, storyboards, video clips, scripts, audio copy) to the appropriate people (Creative Services department, Operations department, BA’s, producers, AP/AD’s,PA’s, etc.). * Write copy for sponsored billboards. * Work with Creative Services department to ensure client approval for all on-air enhancements. * Provide final client feedback to Production Department.

Required Skills/Experience

* Minimum of five (5) years of studio and live production experience required
