Description:
As a Manager - Private Equity Fund Administration, you will:

- Supervise a staff managing the reporting for several private equity funds
- Handle funds comprised of venture capital deals, real estate investment deals, and other private equity funds
- Do reporting for the partners of the funds and senior management
- Do comprehensive financial reporting and analysis
- Do performance reporting and prepare other analytical reports and calculations as needed by management

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of private equity fund or fund administration experience from a public or private firm
- Familiarity with client service, investment partnerships, month-end close, monthly profit and loss calculations, partnership tax, partnership accounting, portfolio accounting, commercial real estate, and venture capital
