We are currently seeking an Operations Services Manager to join us in our New York City office.

Responsibilities: - Act as performance manager for a large team of administrative support staff and professionals - Manage delivery of office support services, including mail, office equipment, records, facilities, reception, library, purchasing, and administrative assistant services - Manage workflow and processes for New York Office and several, local offsite locations - Develop a clear understanding of practice needs for administrative support - Perform initial evaluation of new hire requests; interview new hire candidates - Mentor staff, helping to ensure that appropriate training is provided - Implement management initiatives - Manage purchasing and other practice expenditures - Provide input, leadership and direction into goals impacting the practice - Lead and execute effective operational plans - Coordinate overall operations activities with other area and nationally-directed processes Qualifications: - Five years of working experience in a progressively responsible office or administrative management position - Two years of experience in a supervisory role - Able to manage multiple priorities, understand diverse needs, and use creative thinking and problem-solving techniques to meet those needs - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Able to work with different levels of customers and team members - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook - Able to travel periodically
