More information about this job: Overview: The position of Manager, Multimedia works as part of a team of AV professionals within the Corporate Marketing division. He/she provides AV support services to each division as requested. He/she is service oriented and exists to provide technical and meeting expertise.

Responsibilities: This position requires proven experience in the Audio Visual & meeting management world. It is a blend of technical and creative aptitudes that result in seamless execution of service to the client (internal LCI divisions). Thorough understandings of audio and video engineering principles are required. Complete understanding of video conference theory and technologies is mandatory. Operational expertises of "running a show" or "running a meeting" are mandatory. Understanding of PowerPoint and graphics capabilities are secondary but required. The ability to edit/load and display presentations is critical, as well as ensuring the client is comfortable with all technologies required for a successful meeting.

Qualifications: . HS Diploma or 1 year direct related experience . Bachelors Degree or 2-4 years direct related experience . Graduate Degree or 4-6 years direct related experience This position requires an independent, project-oriented associate. Due to the work load jobs are assigned and delegated accordingly. The associate must be able to acknowledge acceptance of the project, operate independently and execute seamlessly. Typical issues that arise are - Last minute presentations needing quick edits - Technical problems such as video conference networking issues, AV malfunctions, client inexperience with the technology, etc.

Required Skills: Technical Applications required: ? Polycom and Tandberg video codecs ? Video / IT network experience ? Powerpoint, MS Office ? Audio principles and theory ? Clear One audio conferencing ? Video projection
