Description: Manager Marketing-Interactive Development AutoReqId 105646BR Responsibilities Initially, this position will primarily support the maintenance of our premium Cardmember offer website as well as manage the content for GNS other online channels. This position will take the lead in managing and maintaining the loading and refreshing of content on the website. Additionally, there will be opportunities to work directly with card issuing teams to demonstrate best practices and speak to platform capabilities as they relate to marketing through our online programs around the world. Support the day to day management of multiple versions of merchant offer card programs via the online channel. (Entre.com, Airline CoBrand websites, preferredoffers.com) . Support the growth of a global marketing program via the online channel. . Become skilled in and then manage the process for content upload and management. This includes site administration for offers, and partner approvals and sign-offs, coordination with marketing partners and legal teams (in the U.S and Globally) . Work with American Express merchant partner teams and marketing groups to grow and support the program value proposition . Take on the role of point person for online collateral and assets, including images, copy, and information. Maintain these assets in a library and database . Manage content administration functions via a content management tool . Participate in the creative execution with agency to develop banners, interstitials, Flash Movies, etc. . Manage the features and merchandising of content on an ongoing basis, and provide insight into a merchandising strategy by analyzing responses and metrics . Generate monthly site usage reports for each partner and region globally . Ensure best in class servicing through competitive benchmarking and understanding of drive to web and drive to phone scenarios as they relate to marketing Align with marketing teams and agencies to launch new programs and enhance platforms: . Outline business requirements on projects and develop scopes of work . Develop and manage project timelines . Oversea testing and measurement of product and program launches and enhancements to system EOE statement American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications . 3+ years of experience of the full range of online marketing disciplines covering: - Website and program management experience - Understanding and interest in content management and data management tools and applications - Some website design and build experience - Understanding of web metrics and analytics . Background and experience in copy management and review . An interest in growing in either the technical or creative and marketing areas for online . General interest and understanding of trends in the space, a believer in the space. . Proficiency in PC office tools (MS Office, Lotus Notes, Excel, Power Point) and additional technical and creative skills are a plus. . Additional language skills a strong plus but not required.
