Description: Manager Market Research-American Express Interactive AutoReqId 90481BR Responsibilities Responsible for supporting American Express Interactive (AXPi), by providing consumer insights based on timely and actionable marketing research. Play a consultative role with the AXPi team, agency teams, and other internal stakeholders to determine where and how research/research data should help achieve and measure success against business goals. Provide research-based recommendations to guide business decision-making on key initiatives. Types of research and analysis include website evaluation studies, customer satisfaction tracking programs, usability testing, design and development research and online media communications. Covers US and International businesses. Required Qualifications Formal education commensurate with Band 35 level positions in Global Marketplace Insights (BA/MS in market research, business, or applied social science preferred); advanced degree preferred. Technical expertise in market survey research including a range of qualitative and quantitative research approaches with both strategic and tactical research experience. High competency levels on innovative thinking, teamwork/collaboration, and driving results. Flexible and adaptable to changes. Minimum 7 years in marketing research - preferable with corporate and international experience.
