Manager - Health, Safety & the Environment The Health, Safety and Environment Manager must have the ability to lead change and influence current business practice’s, define new brand elements and develop tactics to support the strategy and be responsible for the management of health, safety and environmental awareness within our organization . You will work with ARAMARK Harrison Lodging and our partners to enhance new brand concepts at retail and provide sustainability guidance defining standards, operating practices and marketing strategy and tactics. Collaborating with corporate communications, operations, marketing and the on site management team, you will be responsible for and manage the process for sustainability practices, brand development tactics and the communication of results. These critical initiatives support sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, quality image and improved margins and market share for ARAMARK Harrison Lodging. Requirements * The ability to develop business models to support an intermediate and long range sustainability pilot with system-wide programs * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong client relations skills * Exceptional presentation skills * A Bachelors Degree in Business emphasis on Marketing and/or Sustainable Development or related field is desired * Knowledge and passion for sustainability or LEED Accreditation required.

Qualifications A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management amd/or hospitality is preferred as is previous food related marketing experience. Must be able to work with various levels of management within ARAMARK. The position requires the ability to interact and build strong relationships with clients/customers as well as ARAMARK teams to accomplish goals and objectives. Ability to influence complex decision-making processes is fundamental. Analytical skills and ability to think strategically about the business are essential. Must possess strong communication skills and feel comfortable speaking in front of clients and various levels of ARAMARK management. Time management skills are a must. Must have strong computer skills. Previous food service and/or restaurant experience is preferred.
