Description: Manager Assistant AutoReqId 105245BR Responsibilities The Global Strategy & Business Transformation teams mission is to develop and execute growth strategies for the B2B businesses, as well as drive funding of this growth. The team achieves this through strong partnerships across all of B2B lines of business to: . Identify business development opportunities and execute deals . Define and support central, regional and local growth strategies . Create strategic, financial and implementation plans across all payments businesses . Identify, crystallize and drive business transformation and reengineering initiatives The incumbent will provide direct support to the SVP of Global Strategy and Business Transformation, to drive the business goals of the fast-moving B2B organization. Responsibilities include: . Preparing presentations and team communications for internal and external audiences . Fully support the team-wide PMP and HR processes (team ~35 people located in multiple countries/cities) . Manage the GS&BT budget . Management of some executive team meeting logistics and deliverables involving constant collaboration with the B2B leadership teams, potentially including B2B Division leadership meetings, Board and Senior Mgmt meeting breakout sessions, foreign university recruiting . Identify, organize and lead team training processes (e.g. compliance, brand, firewall, bcp) . Project management and coordination of special projects and ad hoc requests (e.g. Business Development Opportunity Space analysis, Business Transformation & Reengineering projects) as needed .
