Description: Job responsibilities for the Lease Workout Specialist include:

- Communicating regularly and effectively with lessees that are seriously delinquent and negotiate the best workout option.
- Preparing written analysis and recommendation on best course of action on troubled leases.
- Maintaining and restructuring of troubled leases as necessary.
- Managing repossession and liquidation process of defaulted leases.(Maximize recoveries)
- Analyzing and determine the impact of bankruptcy filing and ensure protection of companys position as a creditor.
- Forecasting future losses by utilizing delinquent roll rate trends.
- Retaining and supervise outside legal counsels and collection agencies.
- Developing and implement system capabilities to manage activities; create controls; track/monitor/measure in report measurement system.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Leasing/Banking industry.
- 5+ years of related workout experience with small and mid-ticket exposures.
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of bankruptcies, lease documentation and legal procedures in workout situations.
- Experience in negotiation and manage relationships of outside attorneys and collection agencies
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.li Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally
