Job description The Learning Solutions Associate Partner (AP) will solution, sell, lead pursuits, and deliver Learning technology and process re-engineering consulting services. S/he will interact, develop, and manage relationships with senior-level clients and IBM executives in driving learning management solutions (LMS, Learning & Development Strategy and Transformation, Collaboration, etc.). Must have deep experience in identifying, solutioning, selling and delivering learning technology implementations and process re-engineering/transformation projects. The AP will also help develop the Learning practice and provide thought leadership. Required * Bachelors Degree * At least 5 years experience in leading complex Learning technology and process re-engineering sales and delivery efforts. * At least 5 years experience in extensive consulting sales with proven ability to close and deliver large dollar, complex projects. * Readyness to travel Up to 50%%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends * English: Fluent Preferred * At least 5 years experience in building and managing large teams. * At least 5 years experience in project work with top-tier Learning technology (i.e., Saba, SumTotal). * At least 5 years experience in people development and ability to bring in top talent. * At least 5 years experience in process re-engineering of sales and delivery efforts. * At least 3 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector. Additional information As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
