The candidate will provide technical solutions, guidance, and architectural leadership for integrations with the business intelligence, third party applications, document management and collaboration capabilities and well as new initiatives. Responsibilities for this position include technical design, overseeing integrations, documentation, and implementations. Provide consulting to technology application teams in the usage and integration of POA systems. Must demonstrate strong change management skills with the ability to ensure quality installs.

Must be an independent self starter as well as willing and able, to manage competing priorities • Excellent written, communication and analytical skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to AET leaders and wider AXP community. • Strong systems integration and architecture skills, including primary and secondary research experience, and knowledge of future industry directions. • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in design and deployment of service oriented/message based architectures • Working experience required in one or more of the following competencies: + ETL (extract, transform, load) + collaboration and source control management tool, + BI Reporting Tool, + NET / JAVA / XML (third party integration), + ledger / billing / invoice systems, risk system, planning systems + MS SQL 2000 / 2005, + DBMS (database management) + Three tiered architecture + asset inventory / technology consumption • Knowledge of specific infrastructures from a systems solution design perspective (ie., applied knowledge in run-time architectures) • Have a strong knowledge of external and internal standards and related implementation solutions • Proven ability to drive results with emphasis on reducing cycle time and increasing speed to market of new products. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or computer technology related field.
