Description Support the success of the LOB at Bank of America through both individual and organizational development. The role combines learning and development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent planning and performance management. Apply sound consulting and organizational development practices in partnership with the Leadership Development Executive, LOB Executives, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness Executive and Personnel Executives? Serve as consultant to the LOB for Learning, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management and Organizational Design and Development. . Optimize effectiveness of LOB Leadership Team. . Optimize talent within the LOB Organization. . Manage and implement ongoing people processes such as talent planning, performance management and 360 assessment, associate survey, etc. . Prioritize resources based on business strategy in a cost efficient manner. . Build and manage strong relationships with LOB Executives, HR Executives, and Learning Leaders. . Participate in the design and implementation of key leadership and personnel initiatives (e.g. talent planning, competency development, performance management) . Identify, manage, and certify internal partners as Subject Matter Experts and Facilitators. . Partner with peers in the Learning Design, Learning Technology, Project Management, Program Management, and Leadership Development teams to develop best-in-class learning programs that drive performance and productivity of associates within the LOB. . Provide facilitation when needed on key programs. . Ensure timely management and top-line reporting of learning, leadership and organizational effectiveness initiatives. . Ensure delight (90%% satisfaction) of key stakeholders and peers.

Qualifications Required Skills . 10 + years experience in Leadership Development Organizational Development, Change Management and/or Learning and Development. . Experience in management of large-scale organizational change initiatives. . Strong business acumen, results-driven and metrics focused. . Excellent Performance Consulting and Client Engagement skills. . Ability to execute within a large, highly-matrixed environment. Ability to navigate, influence change, and establish priorities in an often ambiguous environment. . Comprehensive Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Change Management and Learning and Development skills. . Deep knowledge and experience with performance measurement systems and HR metrics. . Extensive knowledge and experience with talent management systems and processes. . Unquestionable business and personal integrity and values congruent with those of the organization.
