More information about this job: Overview: The recruiting coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for all retail management positions and headquarters positions at kate spade. He/she will support the recruiting manager in day to day activities, and will facilitate the interview and onboarding processes of the kate spade brand.

Responsibilities: ? Prescreen and schedule interviews and follow up interviews ? Coordinate travel for candidates ? Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for all new hires ? Manage the recruitment system; i.e. post jobs, close jobs ? Manipulate and segment data for report generation and analysis ? Process and track department expenses

Qualifications: ? College degree preferred ? Strong organizational skills ? Communication skills essential ? Self-starter ? Must be able to keep information confidential ? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
