Responsibilities:

- Prepare asset venture marks
- Prepare JV distributions
- Review monthly reporting
- Promote calculations
- Monthly accruals
- Create waterfall models
- Understand IRR and NPV calculations
- Maintain general ledgers for multiple entities
- Prepare monthly JV fee payments
- Assist/ review operations staff with proper accounting treatment of transactions
- Ad hoc projects for asset management

Required Skills:
- 4-8 years public or private accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of loans, common stock, warrants and bonds
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
