Designed with a strong sense of whimsy, this fashion-forward collection of clothing, accessories, jewelry and fragrances is created for women, men, children and dogs who want to look and feel fabulous. At the end of 2007 we opened a total of 45 stores and plan to open an additional 20 stores in year 2008. Come be a part of the excitement of our rapidly expanding chain of stores.

Responsibilities: Assist Store Management in ensuring that customers receive exemplary customer service. The Sales Associate should be knowledgeable about daily sales goals and drives business to achieve them. Fosters a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere. Ensures Visual Standards are maintained throughout the day. Utilizes Client Books and follow-up through thank you card distribution.

Qualifications: . 1-3 years retail experience . Strong communication skills . Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize . Detail oriented . Team player
